SUMMARY...Isolated damaging wind threat continues across ww406.

DISCUSSION...Leading edge of MCS, characterized by a broken squall
line, is surging across southeast OK into southwest AR. This line is
moving east around 35-40kt and should progress across the remainder

severe thunderstorms continue along the Red River into northwest TX.
This activity is being aided by the approaching short-wave trough
and should also linger into the early-morning hours as it progresses
east. The strongest storms may also produce locally damaging winds
as evident by 53kt wind gust measured at GYI during the last hour.
